If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please call us at 073054 44661 as early as possible. Cancellations made well ahead of the pickup time are more likely to be fully refunded than last-minute cancellations.
Security deposits are refunded after the rented vehicle is returned and inspected. Deposits are typically returned on the spot, minus any deductions for damage, missing fuel, late return charges, or unpaid fines.
Returning a vehicle earlier than the booked period does not automatically entitle the renter to a partial refund for the unused time, unless agreed with Velan Enterprises in advance.
If a rented vehicle develops a genuine mechanical fault that is not caused by the renter, we will offer a replacement vehicle or an adjustment to the rental charge for the affected period.
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed.
